Having been away from Limburg for more than 30 years, we bought a property in this welcoming province back in 2008. A location on the banks of the river Meuse, because our roots and our heart … are right here!
We were immediately sold on the unique location of the house. Along the ‘Maasdijk’ (banks of the river Meuse), bordering one of the province’s most striking hiking and nature areas, where we spent our youths. Where on earth could we find a better place?
After a lot of hard work demolishing and rebuilding, having browsed in numerous bric-a-brac shops and flea markets, we’ve transformed it all into a luxurious and comfortable holiday home, a house with a ‘soul’.
Guests who immediately feel at home with us, who have enjoyed their stay, they give us a lot of energy through their reviews and their comments in the guestbook, for us a reason only to pamper more people and give them a warm welcome ‘between Heaven and Meuse’.
